Why on earth would you guys deliver TORN/OLD roses to me in a PLASTIC vase from the DOLLAR TREE?? This is legit a vase from the dollar tree! Wth? *Update* I reached out to the owner and I was told the vase and flowers would be replaced. That the order called for a plastic container and allowed for substitutions. I got my delivery today. I was met by a delivery person was a stank face. I still thanked her for the replacement as we exchanged arrangements. I took it to my desk just completely over this florist. It was like they were pissed that I called them out on their quality and delivery. They just chucked flowers in a vase. Broken carnations. Some way down below the vase that you could even see. Most of the flowers are completely closed. — it was just not put together AT ALL. I’m adding photos from each side of the “new” arrangement as well as the vase from the dollar tree. — and to think I was going to remove my review after the phone call on Saturday. Do yourselves and your loved one a favor. Avoid ordering from this place. And if you do order, ask the recipient to send you a photo of the arrangement so you can be sure they got what you paid for. “Pretty Pedals should be ashamed of themselves.” My husband is a veteran. He had his sister order this for me since he did not have access to the internet. It’s such a shame that this place has no problem scamming people let alone a veteran with limited funds and a good heart.
The arrangement Pretty Petals created was simply beautiful and full of vibrant life. It has brought many smiles to many faces. It's lasted at least a week, and there's definitely still lots of life in that gorgeoua arrangement. Bea was so considerate when delivering them to my hospital and she had great communication.
