My experience with Texas Floral Co. in Seymour was excellent. I walked in to order flowers for my dad's memorial service, not knowing what to expect. Honestly, I was feeling a bit overwhelmed. Pam, the florist, was very kind and gave me several options to fit our budget. I wanted something colorful and opted for two matching urns of flowers to flank the table where the urn of ashes along with a few personal items. She was very kind, patient, professional, and explained everything very well. On the day of the service, Pam arrived early and delivered the flowers as well as the table we used. It was quite beautiful, and I know Dad would have liked it. A few other people sent flowers or plants through Texas Floral. I am including a picture of one of the plants. With each arrangement, she included on the card the name and address of the sender to make it easier for us to send thank you cards. A few other arrangements came through another florist and did not include that kind of helpful detail. She also did a fabulous job at another family funeral two weeks later; I could tell which ones came from Texas Floral. Now that another elderly family friend in Seymour passed away, I knew where to go. Since I live a long distance away, this time I placed the order online over the weekend, and it was very easy.
I haven't had customer services this outstanding in years. I'm in Colorado and was in a very big hurry to get a large, standing arrangement to a funeral in Texas within about 36-hours. I was absolutely blessed to talk to Pam who got on the store's website with me and walked me through my options while providing some tremendous recommendations. She knew where the funeral was and handled everything for me within about 15-minutes. AND, in just a handful of hours (same day), she took it on herself to text me a photo of the stunning arrangement she put together. Pam and Texas Floral are standouts and please do business with them. You won't be sorry!
I am out of state, and had a friend/coworker with an immense loss in his family. A group of us wanted to send a beautiful arrangement. I called Texas Floral Co and couldn’t be happier with how pleasant she was, the kindness, and above and beyond customer service. She knew of the family and gave me all the details of having them delivered for the services, and even very kindly texted me a picture of the arrangement (so I could show everyone what we had sent.) It was absolutely beautiful, and if I could give more stars in this review, I would!
