I would like to thank the Heart Florist in Texas City, Tx. For making this beautiful arrangement for my aunt Susan Hamm and uncle Charles Hamm . It was my Aunt Susan birthday and my uncle Charles and Aunt anniversary. I just made a phone call from San Antonio Texas to Texas City Texas. They took care of me and got my arrangement the way I wanted. Great florist down there in Texas City Texas. Thank you guys for making this a special day for them both. I called and ordered the Spring premium designers choice to be delivered to a friend. It cost $80+ delivery fees. I was disappointed with the final results. I was looking for something a little more vibrant than what was sent. I spoke with Amanda and she explained to me that the designers choice may not be the same due to inventory and it being “designers choice.” However, they will try and make it look as close as possible. Disappointed!
Great flowers and customer service! I called them with a couple of special request and they were more than happy to help me. The flowers were “designers choice bouquet” and they came out gorgeous & perfect. Delivery was great too!
Wonderful customer service and beautiful flowers! Michael was great, he had patience with my indecisiveness ,offered great ideas and was upfront about flowers shown on the website saying they may not be available in the shop because of the covid..delivery was also great Michael told me friday was a busy day he had alot to do that he couldnt promise a delivery time that i would be later on but he said they would be delivered Friday..My aunt sent a picture around 1130 i called at 830 AM...like i said great customer service!
