I moved out of TX to another country and I've utilized Creekside Forest a few times in last few months. The customer service is excellent, I was always notified when the flowers arrived and my recipients loved the flower arrangements. Today, I ordered a standing flower spray for a loved ones funeral and Mark helped me with a special request. I highly recommend this flowershop for all your needs.
EDIT TO RESPOND: Because I'm not going to let you blatantly lie. The only reason the order was ever cancelled in the first place is because I went back and forth with both YOU and ForYouFlowers and you both could not even give me an answer on when a redelivery would happen and Valentine's was already ruined. And you all STILL seemed unconcerned that a delivery driver just claimed he couldn't find the address, marked it has delivered, and took off with the flowers. He couldn't have tried harder to call? He couldn't have AT THE VERY LEAST left them at the front desk of the apartment complex? THE MAN STOLE THE FLOWERS AND NO ONE SEEMS TO BE CONCERNED. When that happens at DoorDash or Amazon, it's taken very seriously. ESPECIALLY WITH HAVING FOOTAGE WITH MY RING CAMERA SHOWING NO DELIVERY. Instead, everyone acted like it was OUR issue. So WE cancelled the order after 3 days of dealing with you two and went to another company. It's insane to me you think the order was just cancelled on it's own like I didn't spend two days in chats with them and on the phone with you until I cancelled after being fed up. SO NO I DON'T NEED THEIR NUMBER! I'm not going to let you spin this like you had no part or won't take any accountability to how HORRIBLE this experience and customer service was. OG REVIEW: Absolute scam of a company. DO NOT USE! Husband ordered Valentines Day flowers a day early through FromYouFlowers who contracts out this small shop. On the day of, the delivery man attempted to call my husband ONE TIME. He left a voicemail stating our apartment number was not listed (not true) and that he was no longer going to be in the area and then marked the delivery as DELIVERED. I contacted the florist to let them know the situation, to which the owner seemed to not be too concerned and had us reach out to FromYouFlowers. After two days of still no delivery for Valentines Day, we cancelled the flowers and went through 1-800 flowers. Needless to say, the refund has still not been issued and the delivery man clearly stole the flowers (to which we have camera proof they were never delivered and a voicemail still from the delivery man stating he was leaving the area and could not "find our apartment") - we also have a record of when the flowers were ordered through the site WITH THE APARTMENT NUMBER included. DO NOT USE THIS SCAM PLACE! See y'all in small claims court if this is not handled immediately. Will also be reporting the delivery man to local police based off his cell phone number along with FromYouFlowers. MAKE THIS RIGHT!
This arrived for my birthday. I can not speak on price as it was not my purchase, but quality and care are very abundant. This is very much what my nephews in Nj envisioned would arrive at my door. Creekside Florist did not disappoint in any way.
You have to order from here. Mark is a Florist Genius! My daughter's prom bouquets was ordered from HEB and it was a mess. I went to Creekside Florist the day of prom and 3 hours before pictures. Mark did his magic in less than 20 minutes and they were amazing! Mark saved my daughter's prom. Thank you Mark! I'll see you next month for graduation flowers.
Mary did an absolutely fantastic job with our wedding florals. They were beautiful, fresh, and plentiful. The table arrangements and bouquets were absolutely stunning, and she could not have done a better job of picking the perfect flowers and colors for our arrangements. The flowers were delivered and set up as we were getting ready, and it was an immense weight off of our shoulders on the morning-of. I am so happy with our decision to book with Creekside. Highly recommend!
