If I could give them zero stars, I would. I live in Houston and my mother Beaumont. Ordered flowers for my mothers birthday. I work and see patients all day, everyday. They stated they could not be delivered because no one answered the phone when they called to try to deliver. Explained I’m a working woman and can’t always answer. They said they cannot leave flowers for ricipent. Explained it was a surprise and my mother works and would never be home during business hours to receive the flowers. There was nothing they could do to accommodate the situation. Horrible business model as most Americans work 8-5 and they close at 5. So disappointed and upset my Mom didn’t receive flowers on her birthday because of Vidor Florist.
My wife ordered flowers for her mom for Mother’s Day from their catalog on their website and told them to upgrade it. They overcharged her and didn’t upgrade. They told her to go to her mother’s house the next day and pick up the flowers and bring them back to the florist for two more flowers but my wife would have to pay an additional $10. And they overcharged her for the flowers. Their website advertised them at $37.99. Then they charged her more than $54 and still made a skimpy arrangement Worst flower shop I’ve ever dealt with. I’ll never use them again and don’t recommend them to anyone.
Excellent service and Excellent products !! Please don't go to the big box stores before making a stop in and let them have an opportunity to fix you up and they actually listen to your yard needs and wants and they will fix you up !! They have all resources that you will possibly need or want!!
Very pleased with Vidor Florist! I tried them for the first time this Friday and I will use them again. I work in the medical field and there was a patient whose flowers were so beautiful I had to inquire where the came from. I'm so glad I did!! I actually ordered flowers from Vidor Florist the next day and had them delivered to her job. The flowers looked so much more beautiful in person!! I called and ordered from the shop directly. I did not order through the web or use any 3rd party site. I spoke with Mandy. I'm not sure if she is the manger or not but if Mandy is helping you, you will get taken care of!! I had to call her back several times for different things and she truly worked with me and my budget to make my sister's surprise a success. Mandy is so helpful, patient, professional, and most importantly kind. With so much going on in the world you can't have to much kindness, especially when working in a customer service field. I recommend giving Vidor Florist a chance and DO NOT order online. Find what you like online however call the shop directly to place your order. Blessings to all!
