My husband ordered flowers, days early!! They arrived at 2:50pm after he called acquiring about them at 2:20pm. They do not look like the photo online, they are much smaller. & have a large bare spot in them. These flowers look as if they were thrown together when he called & rushed to me. Absolutely do not recommend. We are very frustrated. I get that it’s a holiday, but this is not excusable. If they looked like the photo online, we could look past the late delivery, but they are not like the photo & it’s very upsetting to spend that much money for this kind of product/service. He has called them 3 times to discuss this & no one will answer. Someone answered the 3rd time he called & hung up on him! *Update* after my husband calling another 3 times he was told that the size was on the website listing - it’s not! They told him I could go to their store front to pick out a replacement or get a refund… I walk in, tell her I want a refund. She says you don’t want to pick something else out? Absolutely not! This is horrible quality, does not match the photo online & your customer service skills are HORRID. No, we don’t want to support your business. She proceeds to try to give excuses about how it’s worthy of the $90 (not including all of their fees). I tell her no ma’am, not worthy the money spent. I want a refund. She does refund our money, but not until after ALL of this…. & then tried to be sarcastic with her ‘have a good day’ as I was leaving. Absolutely do not recommend them at all - having to fight for what’s right is absolutely wrong. It’s very clear to see that the product does not match the photo/description online & the last screenshot shown is the $80 option, not the $90 option that he ordered, which further more proves my point.
Let me say this about Elaine and Weatherford Florist - Fantastic!! Elaine was the most patient person!! I probably drove her crazy and she acted with grace through the entire wedding process. Super knowledgeable and very prompt to respond! The flowers for the rehearsal and the wedding were spectacular!
I had the best experience with Elaine at weatherford florist. She was so responsive, literally got right back to me with answers and suggestion, pictures and examples. The cost was within our budget. She met with us when we wanted to meet in person and then she delivered and set up right on time. I even made a last minute change and she just did it, no problem!! I hope I have another event and her to work with her again!!! This was my daughter’s wedding!! It was perfect!!!!
Called early this morning on Friday for a special delivery and they made it happen much quicker than I expected! And she was so happy! Thank you, Weatherford florist, for making others memories special from your heart to theirs!
