I ordered flowers from here for a funeral I wasn't able to attend. I asked someone at the funeral to send me a picture since I'm always sceptical about how flower arrangements will turn out... The arrangement they sent was WAY bigger & more full than the picture showed. I was shocked! They did such an amazing job! I even went back & checked my credit card charges just to be sure they didn't charge me for the bigger version, but they didn't. They gave me so much more than I paid for & I REALLY appreciate it! I couldn't have asked for better! (I've included a photo of the picture online, plus 2 photos of what it actually looked like)

If I could I would definitely put 0 stars I didn’t want to post a review but I have to I paid way over 300$ for a crown for a funeral I asked for the biggest one they had the largest I specifically said the biggest and most beautiful crown you have ever made and they got to the funeral home and they were the smallest of all the crowns there was I couldn’t believe it I wanted to cry I wanted my aunt who passed away to have the most biggest most beautiful flowers ever and they couldn’t do it I got over charged they sent me the smallest crown I had ever seen in my life I couldn’t believe that was mine so disappointed in them the worst part is I called them and told them I wasn’t happy with that that wasn’t our deal and they kept on arguing that it was what I ordered finally I just hung up these people are something else they over charged me on everything and did not delivered what I ordered never buying from them again!!!! I had sent some people to them before I received the crown and this is how they payed me bunch of scamming people and will not recommend anyone to go to them!!!

Normally I order from here , its been my to go place since i can remember..... but this time it was a true disappointment. I ordered 2 corsages and instead received butinieres. When I called instead of trying to fix the problem they disputed how what and when and after that was disputed they even tried to say "No those weren't done here." I sent them pictures paid over $ 80 for them. Roses was wilted and no corsage was made. If I were you find an up to date flower shop with better customer service. They said it was only missing elastic band otherwise they were good... and to top it off flowers were wilted. Rose didn't even make it to prom intact.... ... Really bad quality and customer service at 1 to say the most. I had to make a band with hair tie to make it at least look like one for pictures.

Best flowershop in the rgv. From my graduation party and even prom to now my wedding this flowershop has always done an amazing job with delivery and their flowers are just amazing and beautiful. Thank you for everything. 10/10 can't recommend enough.

I placed an order online. I paid for a Deluxe flower arrangement. Photo online had 12 roses and other types of flowers. The arrangement we recieved had only 8. The "manager" said that they put a different type of roses and that's why they only put 8. When people shop online and select a specific arrangement, they expect for it to look like the one on the photo. Don't try to trick people. That is theft. They didn't even offer to give me a refund for those four roses. Talk about bad management. They will get what they deserve. With all these bad reviews, they will lose customers.
