I called to have birthday flowers delivered to my niece who was in training on the Air Force Base. She got them there with the short notice I gave her! Thanks!!!
I came in from out of state for my daughter’s graduation. I called and asked for 6 roses. Told her I would be there before the graduation. Unfortunately I had to be at the graduation earlier than I thought. So I figure I would run up there right after the graduation and grab them. I left my phone in the car because I wanted to be present at my daughters graduation. When we got done and got back to the car I had the nastiest messages from the lady. I won’t go into detail about what she said but it was not nice at all! I sent her a message and explained the situation and that I had full intentions to pick them up, but after the way she spoke to me, I declined to pick up the flowers ( I did offer to pay for them since I did order them) she did apologize and stated that she did learn from the experience which I absolutely did appreciate.
Thank you for helping me brighten my baby boy’s day! It’s beautiful!
Quick and beautiful, I put in an order and it was amazingly executed within 1 day and delivered.
Thanks to a mix up from a "big name" flower delivery company, I got a call from this local florist who was trying her best to fix what had happened and, I am so thankful that Anne called me because she is such an amazing florist who runs an amazing company. I live out of state and she EXCEEDS my expectations on every order for my family members who are local to her area. Hands down this is the best florist in town!
