I wanted to send my sister a package but, being in/from Canada and with all the tariffs and whatnot, I decided to send her flowers from a place in her area so I didn't break the bank. I chose this one and I'm very happy with the service. The photo was a nice touch and I'm glad I got a call when they dropped it off. The flower arrangement was beautiful. I took a star off because when I tried to put my billing address, it only allowed U.S states and zip codes. Thankfully, the payment went through regardless, but it would be great if Flower Patch was more inclusive to a wider customer base. I'm sure it's not just people with an American billing address who use this company. Unfortunately, I will not be using this company again when I want to send my American family flowers, just because the website does not give the option of putting a billing address outside of the states. I would gladly return and spend all my money here if this were to change.
Wonderful customer service! Flower Patch was very patient with me placing an order over the phone. I don't know very much about flowers, but the woman took the time to listen to what I wanted in the flower arrangement. She understand the image I had in my head and her and the florists here brought it to life. Delivery was on time. Very happy with how they turned out. Thank you!
