The flowers, ordered by husband for our anniversary, look nothing like the arrangement he chose and arrived wilted as shown in the photo. He spent $120 and could have picked up something better at Sprouts or Costco for $15. It is unacceptable. Fortunately, FTD reimbursed us for the full amount.

Thought I would try a new florist for Valentine's roses. The arrangement was simple, but nice. After 36 hours, almost half of the roses were seriously drooping. I've ordered a ton of roses and these seemed to die the quickest on me, even after adding water. After contacting the owner, they made things right. I appreciate companies that stand behind their products and services.
I ordered a corsage online. I needed something basic so I purchased the least expensive. I then get a phone call and voicemail stating the price I paid is not enough and I would need to pay another $30 dollars. As the original coat was only $9, this was a bit of a surprise. As the average corsage is much more elegant for about $30. I think as surprised. I tried to call back 4 times but no one answered. I got an email shortly after stating I purchased the corsage from the wrong website and I need to pay more if I want the corsage. I still had the website up so I refreshed the page and the pictures and prices were different however, they still offer a $9 version. I ended up going to a different florist but this just seems very odd.
Update: After I was able to contact the florist and explained what happened they sent a Stunning arrangement, twice as large. I received it exactly a week later and it is still alive! The customer service was great. They may have not done a great job on try 1 but they were willing to make up for it. I received a gorgeous gift on Thursday and by Sunday they were dead. They didn’t even drink 1.5” of water total. I’m so sad because they were so beautiful for the first 48hrs. We buy flowers every few weeks from different vendors and have never had any die that fast.
