I ordered a palm plant to be delivered to a business there in Heber city along with 2 balloon's. I was charged 98.00 . Now this plant would cost 16.99 at Lows or Home depot. But I went with it because I really love these people and live in another state , and wanted them to have a congratulations plant.. After 5 or 6 days they get they're little plant with no ballons. And I noticed they also charged me 5.00 for handling!? What is a handling charge? No really what is that? Is this a service that takes the calls and orders for the shop? Good luck everyone! It' a flip of a coin with them..,
The manager at this establishment displayed unprofessionalism and a lack of customer service skills. A mistake was made, either by their system or a team member, and rather than rectifying the issue, the responsibility to deliver flowers was passed on to us. This will be my first and final time placing an order here.
My children ordered their prom flowers from here and paid for them. My wife went today to check on the flowers (because they made a friend's flowers the wrong color) and the owner said my children didn't pay for the flowers so they didn't make them. My wife paid again for the same flowers to expedite the order and then came home to check with my children luckily my son kept his receipt. Make sure you keep your documentation/receipts as the unassuming/unorganized flower shop payment process may make you pay twice otherwise. Lee's come up with a little more seamless flower shop checkout. On the third trip down the owner did give my wife somewhat of a backhanded apology which did prompt me to give a second star.
I ordered a flower arrangement for a funeral. Since I do not live in the area, I could only rely on the florist to put together what I hoped would be a beautiful arrangement within the price range I gave. When I arrived at the funeral I was very disappointed. The arrangement proportions were wrong (vase too tall for the stem length of the flowers) and the flowers were tired looking with no thought given to the color combination. On the plus side, there was no delivery charge for the flowers because they were for a funeral. Another arrangement from the same florist was lovely. The arrangement with my name on it was an embarrassment.
