I messed up on the address, & they called me at end of the day to tell me. They were really nice, i have to admit tho, I was curious why they didn’t call me earlier to make sure my flowers got out the day of my mom BIRTHDAY. But not a big deal, it was my fault. She said they’d resend the next day. Well they didn’t & they didn’t call me or my my mom. So now BIRTHDAY flowers are TWO DAYS late. I called & asked what happened but they said they didn’t know & they’d make sure to send the next day. Welp the flowers get there finally & the bouquet looked not much like what I was expecting. I ordered a mostly white daisy with few yellow flowers arrangement. Just really disappointed with the services & that there was no follow up on customer services with their own problem, only with my own mishap.
I am mostly pleased. I asked for a florists special for mother's day. This was what they sent. I like the florist I used for my out of state family better. They were given the same price and the other florist did a much better job.
