Best ever! Thank you for still creating such beautiful, heartfelt memories for us all. I searched for flower shops today and after 4 failed attempts/closed/no longer existing shops. We came upon the amazing Garden of Elegance. I didn't even get your name. But I cant thank you enough for coming to my rescue today. For helping me create such a bundle of love and togetherness. I ordered a sympathy arrangement and the arrangement they delivered was even more beautiful than the picture online. The customer service was amazing. They changed up the arrangement at my request and suggested I have the arrangement delivered the morning of the service so the flowers would be fresh. Hillside used to be my go to florist, but the quality has gone down since Jerry retired. I’m thrilled to have found my new go to florist!
The owner was absolutely amazing. I caught her on a supply run but she turned around to make sure my flowers were made it time. Highly recommend this floral shop.
I called up the funeral home for a reference on floral shops they had positive experience with and got a reference to this shop. I called up and got great customer service. We ordered a plant arrangement for a funeral. When I showed up to the viewing I was super impressed with the arrangement. Believe I ordered the Garden of Memories arrangement. They did a really good job all the way around. Great bang for the buck.
I am the ultimate procrastinator and I forgot to place an order for a funeral floral arrangement. I went to their website (since I am out of state) and the website stated I would still be able to get same day delivery. I quickly placed the order before the store even opened. When I called the store after opening, a kind woman answered and verified my order. She said it would be tight since the flower arrangement needed to be completed (and delivered) within 1-2 hours of them opening. But within hours, I received a picture from my family of the beautiful flowers that were delivered ON TIME....And they were gorgeous. Thank you so much, Garden of Elegance, for delivering a great product WITH great service. I will recommend you to any one that needs flowers in your area!
