My aunt and uncle had some flowers delivered to my house for my birthday from foxglove and they got delivered to the wrong house and I also happened to be out of town. The manager Susie was SO KIND and helpful in trying to figure out what happened! And when we discovered that it wasn’t the right house they not only said they would make me a new one but that they would wait to deliver it until I got back to town. I can’t reiterate enough the kindness and incredible customer service at this shop! Plus the arrangements are incredible!
