I sent an arrangement to my bff for Christmas. I live on the east coast - and wanted to support a local florist. It’s always a wildcard to call from out of town for a floral order & delivery - but the arrangement was loved by my friend. Was delivered quickly and after a week, is still alive as if just received. As a point of reference- with delivery the arrangement was $100. The first picture is 12/24- the 2nd is yesterday. Great florist - 5 stars. Order with confidence!
Absolutely charming, darling shop with absolutely terrible customer service. I went in at 5:30pm today to buzz through and pick up gifts but wasn’t acknowledged once. I did get to hear plenty about a strapless wedding gown one of the associates wished she could wear. Gladly left empty-handed. I see a previous review about discrimination, but not sure if that’s the case here. Regardless, do better.
I love this store! It’s the best shop to walk around and browse. Beautiful items, flowers, and gifts. I’m always able to find gifts for others and they offer free gift wrap which is so helpful. I’ve found the most charming and beautiful home decor that I LOVE!
This is a great store, with unique one of a kind items that you just won’t find just anywhere. I needed a last minute gift for a difficult situation and they went out of their way to help me even though they were in the middle of doing orders for a local high schools homecoming dance, on top of their usual brisk business. Afterward, I had a complication in the transaction that had nothing to do with their amazing and beautiful floral bouquet. It was breathtaking. Kathleen went above and beyond BOTH times, without treating me like the difficult customer that, quite frankly, I was. The kindness and integrity she showed, along with her grace under pressure, makes it a joy to shop there. Her other employees also have amazing customer service. I do not live near this store, but shopping in it made me feel like a part of this local community. Shop at Bloomingsales, a throwback to a bygone era, and THE place to find elegant, fun, one of a kind gifts, that will impress. Their flowers are the best I have seen in all of Salt Lake Valley.
I went in today for an arrangement for1 of my employee's they were so helpful and kind amazing. Artist made an arrangement for her that when I gave it to her, she burst into tears. You people don't know how much you bring joy to people's lives can't thank you enough mark Bennett.
