Hillside did several beautiful arrangements for my dad’s funeral services and they exceeded expectations. The ordering process was simple, they were very kind and quick to respond via email and delivered the arrangements on time with ease! I made some changes after my initial consultation — they were very accommodating and got things changed same day. I’m grateful I chose Hillside to provide these arrangements! The only small thing I will say is that the initial young-person working the front counter was not very socially aware that I was ordering arrangements for a very sad occasion and was overly bubbly/energetic/unsympathetic with her customer service. Any other time, that customer service would have been wonderful. The manager took over within a couple minutes and it was great from there. However, maybe some extra training on receiving these types of orders will help the next person coming in to purchase flowers for their deceased loved one. Otherwise, wonderful experience!
Flowers for my daughter's wedding. Amanda met with us 4 months before the wedding, we knew the color palette but had no idea what flowers we wanted. Amanda's knowledge of colors, textures and seasonal options was invaluable. She was also conscientious of our budget amd helping make the most impactful choices. The staff and floral designers are wonderful! I wanted a floral arrangement for the anniversary of my husband's passing similar to the ones they did for his service previously. They listened, offered suggestions and executed exactly what I wanted. They found notes from service to select the flowers. My arrangement was beautifully perfect. Hillside is my favorite florist. Friendly, kind, talented. Customer service extrodinar. When they did my husband's funeral arrangements I had never seen anything so beautiful. It lightened my heart at a time of mourning to see flowers so skillfully and perfectly executed displayed. .
