My husband bought some roses for me as a surprise and I was so excited and happy until he told me his experience. He said that the older lady helping him was rude and standoffish. She didn't really care to help him and seemed like it was a bother to her. The roses weren't the best either. They looked half wilted already and poorly arranged. We will not recommend this place to anybody. Especially since my husband is Hispanic. That seemed like the reason to why she was rude. Very dissapointed but not surprised.
This place is probably great for small arrangements, but I would not recommend them to any bride. I completely agree with the older review that says they don't listen to their brides at all. I went in for my consultation (which cost $100) and told them all of the flowers I wanted and my colors. When I received my bouquet and boutonniere for my bridals, the bouquet had the incorrect colors and did not match the style of bouquet or the types of flowers I had requested . Additionally, the boutonniere flower was the wrong color. They also didn't send any pins with the boutonniere so we had to jimmy rig something that kept falling off. My bouquet was also NOT FRESH. It was completely wilted by the end of the day even though I kept it in water and in a cool basement. After this I was assured that the flowers would be fresh and in my color for the wedding day. The wedding day arrives and we are running late, but there are no pins for the boutonnieres again and my bouquet was GIGANTIC even though I specifically requested a smaller one. It was also already wilting and not wrapped correctly. I understand that they might've tried to make my bouquet bigger and better to make up for the first one, but I could barely hold it up for the photos. Overall, they have nice flowers, but I don't think they are skilled enough to handle a wedding. Either that or they have just stopped caring.
I haven’t exactly been yet, but I had the amazing opportunity to meet some of the Wright Flower Company’s workers recently. If this company is anything like them then it is driven by genuine kindness and compassion- something you don’t really come across as often nowadays. They were a highlight of my week!
It was a pleasure working with Cherie, very prompt & precise with the wholesale florals we ordered. When I first began the conversation about florals with the bride, all she asked for was “Peonies!”. Wright Floral delivered on that wish with the most full pink & white peonies! They also provided high-quality florals for bud vase arrangements on tables.
Do yourself a favor and get your arrangements from here! Flowers are definitely an investment- no doubt. One of my biggest fears was spending money on a bouquet or on centerpieces that I wouldn't like but Wright Flowers exceeded my expectations! I wasn't sure what I wanted but I knew I wanted a summery, colorful, vibrant vibe. We walked into the fridge of flowers and I pointed out some flowers I liked and the consultant gave me suggestions as well. When I came back for my bridals bouquet I was AMAZED. They took my inspiration and brought it to life! I looked for several florists but Wright Flowers was the best in price, location, and the most accommodating. My package was custom made and we stayed within my budget without needing to change my vision. They delivered the flowers and set up the day of my reception. It was stress and hassle free, they were on time and efficient in setting up. I could not recommend them more!
