DO NOT ORDER HERE! Save yourself some time and money and go to another shop. I ordered this gorgeous bouquet I spent $100 plus the delivery fee. This was the only option on the particular bouquet. What I got today was only half a bouquet as there is a “back side” of my bouquet with only greenery. Weird. A total of seven roses for this amount… a few of them are not happy either. Not sure I’ll visit this florist again. I actually have gotten better on Amazon for a lot less. This definitely is not what they advertised it would be! Sad. I really needed these today. Update after this florists review: You have got to be kidding me! A one sided bouquet?? This wasn't for a funeral! It was a full bouquet and no where on your own discription did it say one sided. Additionally, this bouquet that you made looks NOTHING like what I ordered. Count the roses on your own picture... I got seven!! I gotta hand it to you that you have the worst customer service, not to mention you didn't even address the discolored roses! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!! Not only do they not care, they misrepresent their product and dont even try to make it right. WORST SHOP IN TOWN!

I appreciated how helpful this place was. I ordered flowers over the phone and Amy made it a very smooth process. I was impressed by how quickly the flowers were delivered (within a few hours of ordered!). My dad loved the beautiful arrangement when he received them in the hospital. Thank you for all your help!

These guys work closely with McArthur’s Funeral home and they did the most BEAUTIFUL arrangements for my mom’s funeral. She loved flowers and was very particular of her favorites and her not favorites. I spent a long time there looking at their albums and selecting the flowers and greenery she loved most and also asking the names of everything. They were sooo knowledgeable and knew every single plant and flower! We did a casket spray, a table spray, a wreath with my mom’s photo inside and boutonnieres for the pal bearers, and pin-on corsages for the women. They can put unique fun things in floral arrangements but I loved this picture of my mother we put in the wreath stand and it was my favorite arrangement. I told them my flower budget and the list of what I wanted and asked that they work their magic. They did not disappoint. These talented artists do stunning work!

They need to get online orders set up real quick, it’s 2025! I had to call in my order today (AM) and I specifically asked for the Artistic Embrace and described the arrangement to the employee, as they said they couldn’t access the computer at the moment. I requested same-day delivery. I paid over the phone, which I don’t like to do, and didn’t get any offer of how to get my receipt.. Anyways, arrangement was sent same-day but is NOTHING like the arrangement I selected. In no way shape or form. I am pretty disappointed by my entire experience. 1) lack of technology making purchasing difficult and risky (no secure payment sites), 2) increase of error with not taking online orders/no access to computer, 3) not getting what i ordered at all. I would not recommend this florist, perhaps if you live local and can go in…? But will not use them again.
