Horrible customer service. Ordered via phone on 2/1 and they let me know that it’ll be ready for pickup on Valentine’s Day at 8 AM. Head to pick it up and supposedly the staff has no recollection whatsoever of my order. They let me know that I should come back at 9:30 AM and it will be ready. I call them at 9:45 and it is still not ready. I come in at 11:30 and it’s finally ready. They apparently ran out of red roses which I specifically ordered in my order. Also the bouquet was very rushed with several nearly dead flowers and cuts within the wrapping plastics. Never order from this company unless you are willing to deal with the worst experience possible.

Opted for the “Florist Choice Daily Deal” and the arrangement was stunning. The delivery was successful and extremely convenient. Will highly recommend to others!

I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers today from a dear friend. I just love them. I’ve never had flowers before from this shop but will definitely use them in the future.

Had these delivered as a surprise from my husband, I’m very disappointed that it is ALL greenery and literally 3 flowers (lily's are cheap and die quickly so those don’t count). It’s the thought that counts but this is a very poor arrangement, hopefully he didn’t pay more than $10 for this because that’s what it’s worth

Stay away from this shop. Spent $75+ on flowers through 1-800-flowers for a friend for her birthday. This is the shop that received that order. After marking the flowers as delivered, I confirmed with my friend that they weren’t. Ok-annoying. I still wanted her to get her gift, so I let 1-800-flowers know and they offered a replacement to be sent 2 days later. My friend spoke with the shop directly and they confirmed they would be delivered before 4pm local time. Well, it’s 6pm local time, my friend waited around all day, and they never came. Reached out to 1-800-flowers for a refund. The agent said she reached out directly to the shop and told her they were delivered at 3:32pm. That’s just not true. Address was triple checked, so there’s no chance they had the wrong address. The kicker? When my friend spoke with the shop, they stated that they couldn’t leave the flowers out in the cold if she wasn’t around the get them directly. This proves they never actually delivered the first bouquet even though they marked it as such. What a scam! Luckily 1-800-flowers refunded me, but I will never take the chance on getting flowers through them again if this is the shop that gets the order. If you’re a local, take your business elsewhere!
