While I do my best to plan ahead, there are times you need something “right away.” Such a day came recently. I contacted Vernal Floral to see if they could put something bright and deliver same day, last delivery of the day so when family returned home, there would be a bright spot. Kudos to Vernal Floral. Gorgeous arrangement that arrived in perfect time.
Ordered a bouquet online at 11:30 PM to be delivered to the school the next day. Found out the next morning that the recipient was going to be at a different school in the afternoon. I called to update the order, had to leave a message, but Vernal Floral called me back to assure me they were working on the bouquet and would have it delivered before noon to the recipients place of employment. Vernal Floral goes way above and beyond to take care of their customers. So much so, it brings me to tears. Their flowers are always exquisite and last nearly forever. Super impressed and would never go anywhere else.

Did not receive what I ordered. So disappointed in flowers! I paid for PREMIUM sapphire skies and absolutely did not receive that! Will not order from there again! Sad I have used them years ago in 1994 and they did an amazing job on flowers for my mother’s funeral also in 2011 and 2021 for my brothers funeral’s, I ordered in store and they were great. This time I ordered online and highly disappointed! Clearly I did not receive flowers like what was posted online! Should have been blue and FULL of flowers! Received purple and not full looking!! Sad looking!
