I have never posted about my flowers and had the company respond with care instructions until this place! Who knew that if you placed your flowers in the fridge at night, at least roses, they can keep for up to two weeks! My husband bought me these as a surprise and it totally made my day. You can tell that the store really cares about its customers and its product!
The flowers I ordered for my mother’s 83rd birthday were absolutely beautiful. Erin was wonderful. I live out of state and wanted a good local florist. She listened to what I thought my mom would like, she created a beautiful bouquet and even sent me a video of how they looked. My mom loves them, you helped make her day awesome. Great customer service, I will definitely order from you again.
Keara made these spectacular bouquets in a matter of minutes! I walked in late in the day and wanted something different than the flower arrangements that were already made but didn’t have much time. Keara assured me that she could create something new for me quickly. Watching her masterfully pull the flowers together and create these bouquets was something else. Thank you Keara for saving the day and creating such gorgeous bouquets for a special occasion!
The flowers that my wife received for her birthday did not look like this. The reason I chose this bouquet was because it had a lot of purples (her favorite color) and it had lilies (her favorite flower). Her bouquet had very little purple and no lilies. When I called to try and make it right the employee only offered apologies but said that it was the best she could do. Unfortunately, I disagree and it was not what I paid for. I’m not someone who makes it a habit to complain but this was too expensive a bouquet to be so drastically different from what was pictured. I feel that the right approach would have been to at least reach out if they couldn’t have fulfilled this order. Additionally, her unwillingness to resolve my dissatisfaction makes it clear that customer retention and product satisfaction isn’t a priority.
I decided to try SF due to a bad experience with FP. Well I have to say I should have stuck with FP. I paid for the deluxe arrangement near 130.00. The picture of the arrangement was nowhere near what was delivered. I read that the flowers may be out of season so some things may change, but, the entire arrangement is different. She liked them so I didn't put too much weight into it. The problem I have is I paid 130 for a bouquet that was dead less than 24 hours later, its size, not deluxe. I have never been so disappointed and felt more taken in my life. Arrangements this size and quality are 40-50 bucks at Harmons and last week’s. I definitely do not recommend. I have added photos of what I thought I was getting, what I got, and what it looks like less than 24 hours later. I also threw a can in one pick to show the size of this deluxe arrangement.
