The man at the front desk who sounds like he must be a manager is SUPREMELY RUDE! I bought a 1 gm vape cartridge for my husband today and was asked by the super friendly cashier if I had a pen to use with it. I thought that we had the pen, so I said no and went on my way. It turns out that my husband does not have a pen and the ONLY resolution that this "man" had was for me to buy the pen to make the cartridge work, to spend more money with them and he had a serious attitude accompany this. I really just wanted to return the cartridge, whether that be for a refund for my money so that I could go else where that actually has the disposable vapes that literally EVERY OTHER DISPENSARY SELLS or I would have accepted store credit to buy something different from them. Nope! My only option was to, of course, spend more money with a dispensary that can't even fathom what the need would be to actually carry product that customers would want to buy. I went in for a 2 gm vape and settled on an accidental 1 gm cartridge, that is useless without spending more money, because "They don't carry 2 gms" given with the snobbish tone. I would NEVER recommend this dispensary to anyone. I'm noticing from other negative comments that they are prejudice about out of towners. There is a larger selection of product, more intelligent/educated employees, and just a better atmosphere at literally any other dispensary. This is NOT worth a stop for anyone not from there. First and last purchase!

As a seasoned shopper I’ve been to a lot of dispensaries. The young lady at the door was fine but the bud tender was anxious, fast talking and seemed he was trying to rush us out the door. we looked at one product and he was rushing us, we barely got there and it was like he wanted us done. We had money to spend and decided we didn’t want to spend it someplace that treated us so awkwardly and rude, so we left. We went over to another dispensary near by and we had a great shopping experience. It was like night and day. The place was nice and I’m sure everything would have been fine if the guy treated us better. We felt very unwelcome at this dispensary.

For someone who drives a state over to bring business to a small dispensary knowing that there are 20 others that I can go to. It is very disrespectful that I receive an attitude from a worker at JL dispensary all because he seen that my license says from New York and that I may be a first time or just stopping by not knowing that I "used" to and using the word "used" too"" like going to JL for a weekend cruise to grab some smoke and a clone turned to me not wanting to bring your business anymore of my money after you let a male employee disrespect customers like he's a male with female energy its sad that 1 person can ruin a person's outlook on things like your associate has done for me and im an avid smoker who grows and still supports local and small time business. Sad to say that I won't be making any more orders cause next time won't be so sweet. Funny how your employee was disrespectful up until he seen that I have purchased from your establishment b4 but you can thank your employee for why my business will not be returning. Oh and p.s next time you want to sell dead clones dont charge 30$ for them and get salty when someone asks if you still want that amount for a dead yellow plant. Come to NY bro or out the store with that energy so you can be HUMBLED 🤞👌✌️

Unfortunately my first experience here was not a good one. I got a vape cart for $30 bucks, gorilla glue #4, it was one of 4 kinds available. It didn't work. Not on any of my 10 vape pens I tried em all. Sadly I didn't find out until I got home. I live a good distance away so I'm very disappointed.

Lovely local dispensary with a good variety of products and a friendly staff willing to answer any questions.
