Chapel’s florist has been my one and only favorite place to get flowers for the last 25+ years. The owners are very family and friendly to each one that they serve always with a smile. Here’s to many more years of great service.
The flowers were beautiful and the whole ordering process was very easy. Chappell's has had a stellar reputation for the 40+ years I've known about them and I am glad they're still going strong!
UPDATED: Initially, I wrongly posted the information below, my apologies. The photo sent to me from the sender did not show the “smiley mug”, which WAS included and I wrongly assumed it was not at the base of the flowers. Again, may apologies. The arrangement arrived timely. However, I didn’t feel the flowers looked as fresh as one would expect for a new delivery. INITIAL REVIEW: Disappointed, I specifically chose the “smiley mug” flower arrangement. While I understood that flowers can be substituted, I would expect that I would be notified if the mug was unavailable. In addition, the roses looked wilted, the ends were torn. Not what I expected for a gift meant to brighten someone’s day.
We are located out of state, saw the great Google reviews, contacted Chappell's and ordered flowers due to a death in the family in VT. We were not disappointed! They delivered as promised that day, and the flowers look awesome per the photo my family sent to say thank you. Thanks so much!
