Beautiful flowers (Blush Rush bouquet) delivered to my sister at UVM Medical Center a few hours after placing the order, excellent friendly service and no delivery charge to the hospital. Kathy's is still as outstanding as it was back before I moved to another state ten years ago. Highly recommend.
This place is amazing! Here's why: They were open early so I could place my order before work — I really appreciated that. I was then greeted by the kindest ever customer service representative when I called, who was so gracious and helpful when I called just minutes after opening. He suggested to me the perfect arrangement — thank you, Alex! And finally — the flowers are stunning! My boyfriend sent me a photo of what he received, and I was absolutely blown away. If Kathy & Co delivered to Colorado, I’d order one for myself in a minute! HIGHLY recommend! This is such a lovely business and they do an outstanding job.
My husband sent me a large bouquet of flowers to celebrate our anniversary. The bouquet arrived on time, but I was not 100% satisfied with the condition of the flowers. I stopped by the store and spoke with the manager who immediately addressed my concerns in a respectful way and came up with a fair solution. Great customer service, especially at a time when people are not particularly caring with one another. I look forward to continued business with Kathy & Company Flowers!
