Our wedding day was completely magical thanks to Kelsey and Casey at West Lane Flowers. Throughout our planning process, Kelsey helped us craft the perfect plan while working with our budget to make our dreams a reality. She met with us over the phone several times to discuss our vision. We were the first of our friends to get married and admittedly had no idea what we were doing; Kelsey was so kind and helped us craft the perfect mood board, even helping us select linens and other decor that would match the aesthetic we were going for. All of the florals were of the highest quality and lasted throughout our day. I walked into our reception and said "this is better than I could ever hope for!" We had some last minute changes regarding removal of flowers from the venue, and Kelsey went above and beyond to handle it for us. She was incredibly kind, patient, and truly made our wedding day the day of my dreams. Thank you so much Kelsey!!
We truly cannot say enough good things about Kelsey/West Lane! From day one, she went above and beyond to understand our vision and bring it to life in ways we never could have imagined. Throughout the planning process she was excited collaborative, thoughtful, and so easy to work with. She also dealt with my 1000 moodboards which I am very grateful for (ha). On the wedding day, the flowers were beyond stunning. Every detail was perfect, from my DREAM bouquet, to the ceremony set up, to the table arrangements and statement pieces. Guests kept commenting on how gorgeous everything looked, and we were blown away by how seamlessly it all tied together. Couldn’t recommend West Lane more!!!
Highly recommend West Lane Flowers for weddings. Kelsey was so easy to work with throughout the entire planning process. We opted for her design consultation in addition to flowers for our wedding. It was so helpful to have her turn my ideas into a mood board with links to vendors. The flowers on our wedding day were absolutely gorgeous! Looking back at the pictures I'm blown away by the wedding bouquet. It captured all of my favorite colors and made a statement without overwhelming my overall simply outfit.
West Lane Flowers did all of the bouquets for my wedding and I couldn’t have been happier! Kelsey was easy to communicate with as it got closer to my wedding and let me have a say in which colors I was looking for in my bouquet while still adding her own flair to the arrangements! I received so many compliments on my flowers and they truly were beautiful and unique.
It's easy to sing the praises of West Lane Flowers. We took the "Retail Menu" approach for our June 2023 wedding, which helped with our budget. Kelsey rocked it from start to finish: superb customer service, high quality flowers reflecting our color palette, stellar creativity, and a beautiful combination of arrangements. Local, seasonal flowers really mattered to us — that approach to flower sourcing is engrained in West Lane's ethos. Kelsey also integrated plant materials we foraged into the arrangements, and happily used various containers we provided. It was a joy to work with West Lane Flowers!
