Truly fabulous experience! I immediately felt like I could trust Gail and count on her to make this moment special. She did not disappoint! I live across the country and was looking for a surprise delivery for my mom on her birthday, which happened to be the day before Thanksgiving. I placed a last minute, day-of order with Country Chic Flowers after a third party "floral" company took my money and cancelled my order ... the stress! I won't make that mistake again. I'm so glad I called Country Chic and spoke to Gail (the owner). She put me at ease, suggested a gorgeous display for my mom, and managed to get it delivered to her in under 3 hours (a Thanksgiving miracle in my book). She was kind and patient, confident and helpful. I am really blown away at the customer service. The kind of service we all hope for but rarely receive these days. Thank you, Gail. You are amazing and the flowers were beautiful! My mom felt special and loved indeed.

Top notch service, and the flowers were absolutely stunning. Ordered from out of state, and they even sent photos to me of the flowers! They actually deliver to Mount Ascutney Hospital & Rehab and were highly recommended by them. Other florists only claim to deliver there. Oh so kind, and she was a true angel helping us make this delivery happen after an online florist cancelled a prior order (and refunded our money) but we had lost a day. Go for the real flowers and service - she is a gem!
