I ordered Hydrangeas and Iris blades from Mountain Flower Farm for my September 2022 wedding and I am so glad I did! They were absolutely beautiful and everyone was commenting on how great they looked. They stayed healthy for weeks after the wedding and we were so happy to be able to enjoy them. Walt is great to work with and has a wonderful staff who are very helpful.
Although MFF boasts about quality, using that word several times on the "About Us" page, words such as "service" and "customer" don't appear. This is because MFF's customer service is nothing to boast about. They pushed me hard to make a user name and password-- just to be able to communicate with them at their website, but I balked. The so-called great deals they offer are false and deceptive. Other websites tell you how much you'll pay for shipping, with handling included automatically at no extra charge. MFF said "free shipping" but then after I'd given my credit card no., they charged me $10.00 for handling. Although I wrote to MFF several times lamenting this deception, I never heard back from them. More about bad service: the items I ordered were intended as a gift, but the recipient had a change of address. I wrote to MFF farm with the new info and they never responded. They never answered when I phoned either. Finally, there was a computer-generated email telling me I would have to join instagram in order to get any more messages to them. So I joined, reluctantly, but it was too late: the items went to the wrong address, because once MFF pocketed my money, they became absolutely silent and unresponsive. Never cared about me-- just getting into my wallet. If they reply to this review, I will be sure to respond with silence.
Very disappointing, not what I expected at all. I couldn't even find a person to talk with. We ended up leaving with nothing at all.
