I am New to Abingdon and have not yet ordered flowers. However I did receive flowers from an out of state relative. She chose a local florist and hoped for the best😀 Well that is exactly what I got! One of the prettiest arrangements I have ever been given and they smell lovely! Thank you Misty’s
My mom messaged this company about her dead/dying flowers, she was told they had to use "leftovers" because the order was placed after they had reached "capacity". Quote: "I regret doing this...we just have to do the best we can with what we have." ...she calls them "leftovers" - admittedly the clippings - off the OTHER bouquets she created. She continued, "Hopefully if your family chooses to send flowers next year they will order early." If you don't have flowers; DON'T TAKE ORDERS and people's MONEY!! A quality business would offer, minimally, a discount! Then they blocked my mom from leaving feedback on their Facebook page. As a master gardener and person in charge of decorating for several community events and all of her church's needs... missed opportunity for sure. "Penny wise and pound foolish"
Excellent customer service and design…..I called Misty’s and explained to one of the designers that I wanted a floral arrangement to display at a church to honor the memory of my mother. The designer asked about my mom’s favorite colors and her interests so that she could personalize the arrangement. She explained other options I had not considered. When the display was ready she even texted a photo for me to review. This was a first for me to get such excellent customer service from a florist. The design was beautiful. The church was very grateful and I think my mom truly was “honored”. Thank you Misty’s !
