Edible Arrangements

ZERO STARS!!! I ordered from here for my friends birthday, last night to be delivered the same day I paid for same day!!! I’ve been at the “crafting your order” part of my tracking for 5 hours now. I called over 8 times to speak with someone so I can change the address since my friend was off work already. No answer. Poor customer service. I tried cancelling my order online and there’s no confirmation that it’s actually cancelled. I placed an order at a different location and will see how that one will work. I called them again to cancel it and they finally answer the phone, I asked to cancel my order and gave them my confirmation number and they said they have cancelled it. No email confirmation nothing, I asked when I would get my money back they said they dont know. Will never order from this location again!!

A very rude rude associate in here. I went there to order for my daughter and also pick up another order but the way she came from inside mad and with attitude and not said hello or thank you is just ridiculous. I told her the order and she just went back in and handed it over and went back inside. So I was like, you don’t deserve my money and I would rather order some where else. DO NOT GO THERE! I should have checked their reviews before I went there, they have horrible service and their rating is pretty low for the amount of money they charge as and the quality product they claim to give.

Close them down!! I ordered For a delivery 3 days in advance. I’m in another state. They did not fulfill the order. Do not answer the phone. Did not let me know they did not have all of the items I requested. My niece live 10 minutes from this location and it was for her birthday. She did not get the flowers with the delivery. She went to the store. She called while in the lobby and she said the phone light was flashing but not ringing with sound. There was one lady working. This lady then ask if she want the flowers delivered to her when she was standing in the lobby at that time. They are not equipped to hold the title edible arrangements or represent the establishment. This is BEYOND inadequate!! Highly disappointed!! They had ONE job. I’ve sent emails with no response. Waiting to see if I will receive the refund for the missing balloons that were $24! Please do not order from here! I should Have did more research.

They delivered an arrangement that smelled rancid and the strawberries had fuzzy white mold. I tried contacting them several times. They don’t pick up their phone over the course of an entire week — and didn’t return any of my voicemails. The King Street location is scammy.

Do not recommend ordering from them at all. They send dead, TRASH flower arrangements to people. The pictures they show online are false advertisement. Costumer service is horrendous, what a joke. I have left multiple messages and no one gets back to you. I will never use edible arrangement again. TRASH
