Annandale Florists is now located inside the K Market grocery store down the street at: 4239 John Marr Dr, Annandale, VA 22003. Quick turn around on having flowers ready the morning after I spoke with them. I'll be coming back the next time I need flowers in the area.
Worst experience. Ordered flowers for Saturday delivery. (I received confirmation.order had been received )Called on Sunday after the woman said “im sure they were delivered” when I told her they had not been she said “i will call you back and hung up on me ). Then she text me and said order had only arrived Sunday and they were closed. She asked me “what did I want her to do about it” I asked them to cancel order never heard back. Then order was delivered it was NOT at all what I ordered super ugly. Do not recommend this florist ever
Sadly I have to put a negative review as I’m very disappointed with the service I have received. After placing an order for some birthday flowers to deliver to my cousin for next day delivery, I was very disappointed to receive an email from Teleflora at 20:43 saying my order has been cancelled due to the florist being unavailable. There was no effort to contact me to arrange a suitable alternative which is bad customer service. I appreciate issues can occur however, in light of this lack of customer care, I can’t recommend this florist and can only make people aware of my experience.
So surprised to see some bad reviews, this place was great! Called day off to pick up flowers and the florist on the phone was efficient and polite. She personally texted me after the call to confirm the order and was extremely communicative. She sent me this which might clear up some things about the address!
