I ordered the perfect rose assortment and it was a very beautiful and just what I wanted. Somehow, my message didn't get captured when I placed the order, but, thankfully, Cecelia reached out by phone and email to verify it wasn't an intentional omission and I was able to update that important detail. Then, the delivery company assigned to pick up the flowers was reporting an increasing delay and it seemed like they might not make it before the store closed, but then I was suprised to learn that Akeda, one of the staff members, was willing to drive it herself in her personal vehicle just to make sure it arrived on time and their promise was upheld. You don't get that level of customer service many places, but it meant so much and I appreciate their dedication to quality and commitment.

Unfortunately, I couldn't reach anyone by phone and when I tried ordering on their website, it glitched and wouldn't let me proceed beyond the payment info page. Just more of a note for the business as they lost a sale today and I'll need to find a different florist. Unfortunate, as their arrangements look nice!
