After discussing with the gentleman who answered the phone, I was satisfied he knew what I wanted and what I didn’t want. How wrong I was. This vase of flowers looks like a hodgepodge of leftovers and flowers on the way out of freshness. The few roses were open, not tight, and there were every color flower imaginable-no rhyme or reason to this arrangement. Doubt I’ll Be doing business with this group again:(
My opinion - not 1 star - it would be ZERO. PITIFUL!!! Very rude and acted as though he was doing me a favor to take order. VERY EXPENSIVE! You should have a photo of what you are expecting and ask specific questions about what you will get for your money BEFORE placing order. SAD!!!
I called Brad and gave him an idea of what I wanted for my sister's memorial service and he created two unique table arrangements for me. He also delivered them prior to the event. Thank you, Brad, for exceeding my expectations.
Needed a bridal bouquet and a boutonniere in a week or so. They put together the cutest small bouquet just like I had envisioned. Flowers fresh and greenery just beautiful. Couldn't be more pleased with the service at Drapers.
They seem like a nice place to buy flowers, but unfortunately no one was there when I visited. The hours on the door indicate that they should have been open. The business may need to make an adjustment if this is not correct. Unfortunately, they lost a sale this morning.
