I recently ordered a vase arrangement with lilies from D’Rose Flower Shop for my daughter’s birthday, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Sophia, who assisted me over the phone, was absolutely wonderful—polite, patient, and incredibly helpful. She guided me through the options and suggested adding Mylar balloons, which turned out to be a beautiful touch. The entire order was placed over the phone, and despite the distance, everything was handled with great care. The delivery team even made a second trip when my daughter wasn’t home the first time, which I truly appreciated. Fantastic customer service and beautiful results—I’ll definitely be ordering from D’Rose again!
In Blacksburg, Virginia: Delivery was ordered for 10 AM. No delivery and no word from the store until 12:30 PM. A call to the store at that time resulted in no explanation as to what happened, no apology and no promise when the delivery will take place. Needless to say, THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. Outcome: NO D'Rose EVER AGAIN. (And the store manager should realize that the right thing to do now is to return our money).
When I ordered flowers for my sister's birthday, I called to ensure they had the flowers to make the arrangement I wanted. I was told they did. When the flowers were received, I was sent a photo of what arrived and was embarrassed. It was nothing like what was shown in the photo on their website. I called the florist and was told they made it per "the recipe". I sent photos to the owner who agreed it was not made as it should have been (made by someone new) and asked if it could be re-made. If so, they would need to get the arrangement back to do so. My sister dropped off the arrangement at the shop that afternoon and received the arrangement again the next day. It is better than the first for sure but still nothing like what was shown in the picture on their website. Apparently, someone else (telefloral ?)provides the photos of all the options and the local floral shop makes them per "recipes". It is still very deceiving when you think you are sending one arrangement only for them to receive one far less than. Additionally, after letting them know exactly where to deliver it, the driver left it unattended and did not notify anyone of the delivery. This is after we had a delivery snafu last year at the same place. I applaud the owner for trying to make it right but will not order again.
I called yesterday about a certain flower and only needed one. The lady's working yesterday fulfilled my request of just one Peace Lily that is now laying on my mother in laws urn. I just wanted to thank the lady's that was working yesterday and I will be getting in contact with D'rose again about wedding arrangements for the year 2027. Because of the kindness and welcoming vibes I received and wasn't turned away for just one flower. Lady's thank you so much for the peace Lilly ❤️ your actions where highly noticeable
Not exactly $155 flowers! I am absolutely disappointed and regretful at the bouquet my mother received! Not only was it one day late, but the flowers BY NO MEANS are $125 plus deliver fees $155 bouquet. Do yourself a favor, don’t use this site. And if the store is responsible for the “MANAGERS PREMIUM DESIGNERS CHOICE” at this price, SHAME ON YOU. This should have been so much better! Red berries should have been used on a Christmas bouquet, not a Mother’s Day, and the pitiful bow. So so disappointed. When you’re 6 hours away and have to put your trust in a florist, you want to know they will do the right thing.
