I am from out of town and needed to send sympathy flowers to a family member. I called them and left a voice message to call me back. I got the call back but I couldn't talk at that time so I called them back the next day and I am more than happy I did. I spoke to Donna and she helped me get the exact flower arrangement I wanted. She went an extra step to get a crystal cross I wanted to complete my wishes. Thank you Donna. I will definitely be contacting you in the future.

This is a beautiful florist! We were very happy with our lovely Thanksgiving centrepiece. It looked perfect on our table and was just the right height, adding beauty and allowing us to see and visit with family. Thank you Flowers n Ferns!
I ordered 2 bouquets for my wedding. I showed them pictures and confirmed the calla lilly bouquet would have green Amaranthus same as the picture I provided (they did not have White Amaranthus so I was okay with Green color). Also, the pink bouquet was supposed to look fuller and bigger. When my friend helped me pick up the bouquets and brought to our wedding. The bouquets I have received were not as same as the one I have talked and agreed to pay for. They just randomly replaced anything green and it was not the Amaranthus. We messaged them and never got a response from the store. I’m not sure if this is how you were supposed to treat your clients. Completely disappointed!!!
