cyber florist was very helpful with my service. I am in a long-distance relationship and I wanted to send my boyfriend who is in Germany some special flowers for his birthday. Originally I had it scheduled for a different delivery date but the customer service at cyber florist was very helpful for me and they changed the delivery date for him to receive the flowers. Upon receiving the flowers my boyfriend was very surprised hahah he had no idea of this but I love sending surprises. my boyfriend absolutely loved the flowers and I do too they look absolutely beautiful very happy everything came through. Anyways if you’re in a long distance relationship give cyber florist a chance they have many beautiful selections in flowers
Terrible service. Delivered completely different flowers with different papers than ordered. On their website says that they refund or send correct flowers if you have problems with your order. But of course no refund,no new flowers. And no answers from them. Never use this service!

I had been a loyal customer of Cyber Florist for over 5 years and had always appreciated their service—until this year. Unfortunately, I found myself unable to complete an order due to being outside mobile coverage and not receiving an SMS verification. I reached out to their support team expecting assistance, but was met with an unprofessional and dismissive attitude. The chat was unhelpful, drawn-out, and at times outright rude. I specifically asked for the name of the representative I was speaking with, and that request was ignored. No alternative solutions or genuine effort to resolve the issue were offered. Very disappointing to see a once-reliable service take such a turn. I do not recommend this service to anyone.
We ordered twice and both deliveries were outstanding. Amazing communication especially since both orders went to Germany. Very Customized gifts were ordered, customer support went above and beyond to accommodate our wishes and did NOT disappoint. Thank you for making my parents and us very happy customers.
