Another beautiful and special bouquet by Send Smiles. I have been using their services for years and they are super professional and the bouquets gorgeous. I could not recommend them enough. After the order I email them with delivery hours and instructions ( my grandmother is 101 and does not wake up till late morning) and they respond immediately and follow instructions. Update: Customer service reached out and offer a solution. I understand problems might have but given their response I would be willing to give them another chance. I bought an 18 roses arrangement for our anniversary. I was skeptical about ordering online but decided to give them a try based on the good reviews. Unfortunately the roses did not live up to expectations. They came all with some sort of burn marks. I felt bad giving these to my wife. At this price point I was definitely expecting better quality roses.
I ordered 2 dozen multicolored roses for my sister in Reston VA on 1/9/25, to cheer her up after surgery. She loved them as they arrived beautifully arranged and so fresh. She also liked that the lilac ones were fragrant. They came overnight as promised, no hidden fees, and the arrangement was identical to the website photo. Send Smiles is simply amazing. I have even had them deliver out of their delivery area, via FedEx, and still perfection. It has totally taken the stress out of ordering flowers. Can’t get Google to put the images in the proper order, so just go by captions! First day is last.
First time customer - understanding that the business works with a network of florists - they are subject to any changes rhe local florist makes. That being said, I ordered a very specific plan for my bestie upon the passing of her father. Without calling, they substituted a terrible looking bouquet.
