Erlene at gates did an incredible job making my dream wedding flowers happen for our special day! She was patient, accommodating, and quick to respond. The flowers were in great condition and I even got to enjoy making my own bouquets at home with the flowers days after the event (last two photos).
Overall, extremely happy with my experience. I ordered from California in Virginia's middle of the night. By the time I checked my email the next morning, the order was confirmed. They did a beautiful job matching what I requested and delayed the delivery to the day I asked. My mom was thrilled with the order. My only (small) complaint is that they are not responsive to emails and did not pick up their phone when I tried to call. However, they were very responsive and helpful when I reached out through from their page on Facebook through Messenger. Not the first place I would think to make contact. If I need flowers sent to relatives in the Christiansburg area again, I would definitely use them.
