I needed an emergency bouquet, and Blue Ridge did a wonderful job, within my budget, with an immediate turn around! Much appreciated!! Of course I forgot to take a picture of it because I was in a hurry, but my friend raved over it. I would definitely use their services again when in the area!
After having my previous florist fall through, I was worried when I started back my search only a few months out from my wedding that I would not be able to find someone to do what I was looking for within my budget. Jennifer responded to my emails super fast and had me in for a meeting even faster. She talked through my wedding and plans and made me feel so at ease, it was like talking with a friend. She took my ideas and inspiration for florals and ran with it. She created the most beautiful bouquet for myself, the wedding party, moms, and dads. She understood my budget and made my dreams a possibility. I am so grateful for her help during a stressful time! She does such a great job and I couldn't recommend anyone more!!

I called to order a dish garden for my husband to keep in his office as a birthday gift. Jennifer was so pleasant! She included beautiful red Peruvian lilies and also care instructions! I was very disappointed with my experience working with this florist for my wedding. I rarely leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my honest experience for future couples. The planning process was challenging and filled with red flags. The owner forgot to create the sample bridal bouquet my mom had ordered six months before the wedding as a gift, and when we traveled three hours to meet with vendors, she was not present at our scheduled appointment. I paid extra for Eiffel Tower arrangements that ended up looking small and not full as pictured. My bridal bouquet, which I had shared a clear vision for — short-stemmed, loose, with terra cotta roses and white ranunculus — did not reflect what I requested. Instead, it had long stems, and white roses were sprayed to resemble orange, which looked somewhat red. To make matters worse, the florist arrived two hours late on the wedding day, causing unnecessary stress. Communication throughout the process was poor, and despite assurances that she could bring my vision to life, the final result did not match what was promised. Photos show inspiration that was sent vs what was delivered.
