My flowers were never delivered to the funeral homes because the driver hit the order mixed up a d returned it to the florist. The florist NEVER CONTACTED ME; needless to say my flowers never arrived to my grandmothers funeral service. Blossoms didn’t feel the need to compensate me by at least sending a plant to the daughter of my grandmother. All I got was “we are sorry!”
I ordered flowers for my mother’s birthday and they were never delivered. ($30 delivery fee). Spent 30 minutes trying to get refund. Still not resolved. Would never use again!
I can't say enough about Blossoms Florist. The bouquet I ordered for my sister's birthday was was absolutely beautiful. All the colors I requested they used and then some. They delivered at the time I requested. The delivery fee was minimal. If you're looking for a Florest I definately recommend Blossoms for any occasion.
Ordered Friday am with same day delivery. Notified Friday at 4:30, delivery moved to next business day (Monday). Same thing happened Monday & Tuesday. Flowers finally delivered on Wednesday. Received receipt from company but my credit card was then charged more! Customer service refused to honor their own receipt. Now disputing charge.
