G.O.A.T. Hits it out of the park every time! Over the years I’ve called in few orders for delivery to my Grandmother. Every order has surpassed expectations. They take the limited info I provide and create something wonderful. From very large to smaller bouquets, and even silk arrangements. Each one has been beautiful and loved.
I recently placed a flower order over the phone and specifically requested an arrangement featuring purple flowers. The associate I spoke with assured me that purple would be no problem. However, the arrangement that was delivered was primarily orange and yellow, and the overall design was very traditional—nothing like the more modern, updated styles I had seen on their social media. I called to express my disappointment, and while the staff was kind and offered to send a replacement, I explained that since the flowers had already been delivered as a gift, it wouldn’t be appropriate to take them back or swap them out. While I appreciate the team’s willingness to resolve the issue, I was still disappointed that the arrangement didn’t reflect what I had requested—both in color and in style. I hope more care is taken in the future to ensure custom orders match what was discussed, and what is represented on social media/instagram. When I inquired why the style was so different that what was shown online, I as advised that different designers worked there and no general style could be guaranteed! Wow! I have added the sad arrangement photo for references. I would also like to add that I paid around 80$ for this arrangement. 98$ with tax and delivery.
