Beautiful flowers and excellent customer service! I had a little snafu -- the flowers were supposed to be delivered on my mother's birthday but were delivered a week early. When I called the shop, the owner was immediately apologetic and did her best to rectify the situation. I will definitely order from Smith Mountain Lake Flowers again! Thanks for the beautiful arrangement!

This is my second experience with this florist. The flowers are absolutely exquisite. I asked for a premium and “over the top” arrangement. The person on the phone reluctantly told me the price, which was exactly what I expected. (Flowers aren’t cheap, y’all!!). I can’t recommend them enough!
