We were referred here and had to put our trust in Diane to suggest, arrange and deliver flowers to grieving relatives since we could not make it to VA for the family funeral from out of state. Everything was perfect! Fair price, beautiful flowers, delivered on day promised. Thank you.

My aunt recently passed away, and I couldn't fly to Virginia to attend the funeral because of the busy work in California. So I searched for the local florists to deliver the flowers for me in Yelp and Google Maps, but there were so many florists with different kinds of positive/negative comments, and I didn't know which one was reliable. My sister called the funeral home, and they referred Martin Florist and another florist to us since these 2 florists had been doing the business with them. So my sister called them. My sister felt that Diane from Martin Florist sounded sincerely and trustable. We then went for Martin Florist. I communicated with Diane through SMS and email. She was so nice and provided the quick response on both ways. I sent her a picture of the standing spray found online, and asked her if she could make one like that. She looked at it, and told me that there shouldn't be a problem. She quoted me a lower price compared with the florist where I downloaded the picture (I didn't tell her how much it should be). She also waived the delivery fee that I didn't expect. Today is the funeral service day. She delivered the standing spray, took a picture on it and sent it to me per my request. It looked so nice and 90% matched with the sample picture I sent (see photo in review). I fully satisfied with her service and quality of the work. I highly recommend this florist to those who need flowers for special occasions.

The service was amazing. When the woman got to my house she was just so sweet and accommodating! When I saw the flower arrangements it was just breath taking. I asked for roses and they delivered a masterpiece. When I gave them to my mother she was smiling from ear to ear. It made her day! I have never ordered from a florest and I was so impressed! Thank you for the love and time you put into the flowers!!!!

Every year since my dear husbands death, my children and I honor him with flowers for our church altar. Last year 2018, we asked for 6 red roses per arrangement with blue and white flowers. The colors to honor him and his Naval service. They were hideous. This year 2019 we went to .Martin Florist. The arrangements are gorgeous. Tears of joy ran down my cheeks. Thank you, Martin's. every time you go there to make purchases they are never open there is no number to call you cannot even set an appointment there's no email been trying to go to this place for the last 4 weeks I've heard other people say the same they are never ever open no number no signs on the door no times horrible service horrible management
