I ordered a patriotic arrangement for a veteran/policeman's funeral from Teleflora, called "Sacred Duty." River Hill Gardens filled the order and it was disappointing. I realize that flower substitutions are inevitable, but this arrangement, even down to the bow, missed the patriotic look completely. Also the fullness, in terms of flowers included, was lacking in comparison.
I received a beautiful floral birthday arrangement from River Hill. They used a stunning variety of flowers in autumn colors and after a week, it looks as fresh as the day I received it. Highly recommend them.

My husband always purchases my flowers from river hill for our anniversary which is the day before valentines day. They are always pretty but this year they were exceptional. I love a mixed bouquet and it had so many colors and different flowers. I can't stop looking at them!
Disappointed. What I ordered is not what my significant other received. I honestly can’t believe there was no communication because I would be embarrassed to deliver this. No bow and more like 1/2 dozen tulips. Will never order from here again.
