On Dec. 2, 2025 during a heavy rain their van parked immediately in front of the entrance and exit doors at Walmart in Onley, VA. This was not a delivery door. The driver was made aware that she was blocking the doors. I called to the florist to complain and spoke with Mary who would not give me either the owner or manager. She did not give her last name but kept insisting on mine which was refused. Her response was to make the problem about the person calling instead of the blocked doors. She began talking over me and I hung up. Due to the rude behaviors by Mary and the driver this business has been diminished. If there was an emergency in the store no fire truck, ambulance or police vehicle would be able to quickly address the emergency.
I called on Tuesday and the bouquet of roses were delivered Wednesday afternoon. My cousin sent me photos and they were beautiful. The person l made my order was very nice and professional. I called from Georgia and placed my order. I will highly recommend this florist shop. Again thanks.
I came a couple minutes after they closes in a panic to get a flower arrangement for my grandfathers funeral and even though they were closed, they still treated me with amazing customer service by offering me multiple arrangements to choose from and allowing me to buy one. They have no idea how much they blessed me, my father was so pleased with the arrangement we got for my grandfather and it was a beautiful addition to the viewing.
We ordered a flower arrangement for a family member’s memorial service. We said use your judgement whatever would be good for an outdoors man. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful! It was the most lovely arrangement there.
The owner is very friendly and she is a godly woman! she's very nice to her customers and does an excellent job.. she did corsages for our women at church.. they were beautiful! And affordable
