I needed help finding particular colors for my friend’s arrangement. The gentleman was so communicative on the phone from working with me on the sale until after delivery. My friend said it was one of the most beautiful arrangements she had ever received!
Sometimes you patronize a place of business and things don't go as well as you would have liked...for whatever the reason may be. I dont judge a business solely by whether or not I have a bad experience. Rather, I consider what a business does in response to a bad customer experience. To that end, I would say that Lake Ridge Florists redeemed themselves. Things didn't go well, but they bent over backwards to make sure the customer was made whole. For that reason, they deserve a second chance(and possibly more).
I ordered the “florist’s choice” for Mother’s Day flowers, I asked them for a special request and they agreed. The flowers were delivered and they are so beautiful! They followed my special request and surpassed my expectations. They also made my baby shower floral arrangements that were stunning!

I ordered 5-dozen roses and the night before pickup, he called and recommended he deliver given the heft and size of the arrangement vice my picking them up.
