City Flowers in Bellevue absolutely exceeded every expectation. My boyfriend called and ordered a custom bouquet for me, and it was hands down the most BEAUTIFUL arrangement I have ever received. The flowers were incredibly fresh, every stem was healthy, vibrant, and thoughtfully arranged. I especially loved that there was a perfect mix of fully bloomed flowers and some that are still unopened, so I know I’ll get to enjoy them even longer. You can truly tell they care about quality and detail. They were delivered right on time in a gorgeous vase, and the entire presentation was stunning from top to bottom. If you’re looking for a florist who goes above and beyond, City Flowers is it. I will absolutely be recommending them to everyone!!!!
Absolutely gorgeous, high-quality floral arrangements (not cheap: $100 min + delivery fee - although on the website they seem to have $78-85 arrangements; and the person on the phone is not nice - but you do at least get something really great - they got exactly what I was seeking in a very beautiful high-end manner). Very convenient for Overlake deliveries - they are close by.
It feels like it's been more challenging ordering flowers from a human when out of area. City Flowers picked up on the first 3 rings with a human (not a "press 1 for blahblahblah). She was lovely, she understood the assignment within seconds of taking the order (beloved pup passed away). I felt like it was going to be in good hands after hanging up and getting the same day order completed... HOWEVER, it wasn't just good... I received the photo below within AN HOUR of ordering, that the recipients already got the flowers. City Flowers just happened to have Butter yellow flowers in stock (the dog's name was Butters) and they used ONLY THE GOOD ONES... if you know that movie or understand. Please see photo attached. Above and beyond. Truly grateful.
