Planned this for my wife's birthday and was so excited. I ordered from Finishing Touch with the full upgrade and paid $225 + tax. What I got was a huge disappointment -- fewer than 1/5 of the flowers pictured, clumsily arranged and nowhere near professional. On the same day I had to scramble to reorder flowers elsewhere. For such an important occasion, this was extremely frustrating. I'll never return.
What an incredible place for flowers! I am impressed both with the level of care and involvement of the staff and the creativity of the floral arrangements. The flowers selected were bold, bright, and beautiful. I look forward to returning to Finishing Touch Florist & Gifts again and again. My name is Abel, I ordered flowers to be delivered to my house, and to the store’s credit they delivered on the day that I asked. But they definitely didn’t deliver the correct set of flowers. The first photo is what I ordered and the second photo is what I got. Honestly pretty frustrated by this. Next time I’ll just pick up flowers in person. UPDATE: The place called me and promised to fix their mistake. They sent me the correct bouquet for free, something I appreciate.
Very friendly and creative designs. I called them and ordered a designer choice and asked to add yellow in the arrangement. They did a brilliant job of making this bright and beautiful bouquet.
Disappointing. I live out of town and ordered their “Premium” flower bouquet and spent over $100 for flowers to be delivered for my mom on Mother’s Day. The flower bouquet was completely different than the photos online and SO much smaller than advertised. I called the shop to try and get this resolved because this had to be an error, but they told me to send an email. I sent an email and still have not received any response. For a special holiday like Mother’s Day, it’s sad to see that little care was taken for my order and no effort for remediation has been taken.
