So nice to find a local florist to deliver some happy flowers to my daughter's door on her birthday. Pretty fall colors. Thank you. She loves them. And I am from Cape Cod, out in the Atlantic.
Ordered very specific, spring flowers for my mother’s birthday. This shop substituted flowers that were very different from what we ordered, which I understand can happen. However, the flowers that were substituted were of terrible quality, looked pathetic, and the owner of the shop knew this and even communicated that through the third party company we ordered from. Then after we complained about the quality, the owner called my mother and proceeded to argue with her. We ended up getting a refund through the company we ordered from, but get this…the owner insisted that my mother leave the wilted, nearly dead flowers on her porch so she could pick them up. Super tacky…hopefully they don’t get passed on to another unsuspecting customer! I’m all for supporting small businesses and do so often, but I’d never do business here again. The attached photo below shows the terrible product that was delivered to my mother for her birthday. UPDATED: I respect the fact that the owner offered an explanation of the events from her side and I have changed my review from one star to three. I understand it sucks working with a third party, but then why would you agree to the order knowing you couldn't deliver on what we asked for? And none of this changes the fact that the flowers delivered to my mom were very bad.

I called the day before my daughter‘s birthday to order her a pink arrangement… A Town and Country Floral, was wonderful to work with and she went above and beyond to use our favorite flowers in a beautiful array of pink and white flowers making the most perfect and sentimental birthday bouquet for my daughter!
