The worst experience ever!!!! I sent my aunt flowers for mothers day with a balloon. Well she didn’t get the balloon and the flowers were not even close to what was ordered. My aunt took them back into the florist because I live in Texas. He told her to bad! He said we didn’t have all the flowers we needed to make this bouquet so we got what we got! He refused to make it right! I can’t believe the way he runs his business! This is crazy! Please don’t buy from this place! They ruined my Aunts Mother’s Day and he was so incredibly rude to her!!! I wish I could post pics! Also the flowers are already dying she got them Saturday and it’s only Monday!
Just tried to send birthday flowers to our daughter in law and was actually told " we don't really deliver to the courthouse any more" He gave me the feeling he really didn't want our business. If I could I would give no stars.
This was my flower arrangement ordered for Mother's day. It was $94 DOLLAR arrangement. I was thoroughly disappointed and embarrassed to see the picture from my mom. Made me sad 😔 she told me it's OK it's the thought that counts! To me it should of been the flower arrangement too.
Always super accommodating and flowers they deliver are exceptional. I've used them numerous times (I'm out of town) and they are consistently amazing.
