I live out of state, and wanted to send flowers for my grandma’s 93rd birthday. The flower shop states they have 2 stores in the Lacey/Olympia area. They, in fact, do not. They only have shops in Shelton and Tacoma. I specifically ordered from the Lacey “shop” as it was close to where my grandmother lives. I ordered a premium arrangement, and paid $35 to have it delivered by 11:00 am. I received an email, stating they were out of some of the flowers in the arrangement I chose. When I got the email, I noticed it was from Shelton, so I called the shop. I was told that, indeed, they do not have any shops in the Olympia/Lacey, and there was no way my order would be delivered by 11:00 am. No duh. The shop is 45 minutes away from my grandmother’s home. Buyer beware. I canceled my order and went with an actual local shop.
I was trying to send surprise flowers to a family member and unfortunately there was an issue with the delivery the first two times they tried to deliver. I was a little leery about trying a third time but the owner reached out and said he wanted to make it right and asked if they could try one more time. The third time was a charm and the flowers were really spectacular! Spectacular flowers, and fantastic service when things went slightly awry (these things happen)! 10/10 would recommend and use again!
The flowers were so beautiful. The customer service was top notch. This order was for a funeral and they made it less stressful and delivery was early! Love this florist!
Ordered this wrist corsage for my granddaughter and boutonnière for Grandpa for daddy daughter dance and I am very happy how beautiful they are. They made sure to put the size of the flowers appropriate for a 5 year old girl. Thank you so much
